We currently deliver across Australia via Australia Post.

Orders over $100 qualify for complimentary shipping Australia-wide, automatically applied at checkout.

A flat rate of $10 applies to all orders below this threshold.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Where an order includes pre-order items, it will be shipped once all products are available.

All KIN products are packed and dispatched from South Australia. Delivery timeframes vary depending on location, generally ranging between 3–14 business days.
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at orders@kinseafood.com.au within 5 Business Days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Where a return is approved, items must be:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• In original packaging

Proof of purchase will be required for all return requests.
